Two production AI products in the UK social housing sector, both shipped from a team of one with AI as a development partner. ScoreView now reads 16,496 Housing Ombudsman determinations from 2021 to 2026, refreshed daily, into a forward-looking regulatory risk view — its free public tools were on the stand at Housing 2026 in Manchester this month: a regional heat map, anonymised peer benchmarking, and an Awaab’s Law watch. The tenant-facing repairs and rights companion is hardening against Awaab’s Law Phase 2 edge cases.

Thinking about

What governance looks like when a single practitioner can ship a regulated sector product in a fortnight. Most board frameworks assume a delivery team and a budget cycle. Neither assumption survives contact with the new tooling — which is the conversation I want to be having at board level.
